Jillian “Jill” Mollencopf joined All American Roof Pros in February 2025 and enjoys bringing joy to customers by asking, “How can I make you smile today?” Her passion for customer service and her positive attitude are key in making every customer interaction a pleasant experience.

A proud National Guardsman for the state of Ohio, Jill met her husband during her service, and together they have a beautiful son. Working for a family-owned, veteran-run business makes her job even more rewarding. Jill also stays connected to her high school alma mater by helping out with the drumline.
