What’s Covered by the Warranty?
Our warranty covers any issues that arise due to defects in workmanship. This includes:
- Leaks caused by improper installation
- Missing or loose shingles due to workmanship errors
- Flashing or sealing issues related to our installation
If a workmanship issue is discovered, we’ll supply the labor and materials to fix it—completely free of charge.
What Isn’t Covered by the Warranty?
While we stand behind our craftsmanship, there are some situations outside of our control that aren’t covered by the warranty. These include:
- Severe Weather Damage – Wind, hail, ice, and other extreme weather events
- Structural Issues – Problems with the roof deck, walls, or foundation of your home
- Materials Defects – Any issues with the roofing materials themselves (these are typically covered by the manufacturer’s warranty)
- Damage from Animals or Pests – Issues caused by rodents, insects, or other wildlife
For full protection, we recommend pairing our workmanship warranty with a manufacturer’s warranty on your roofing materials.
Claiming Your Warranty
If you notice an issue with your roof that you believe is related to our workmanship, here’s what to do:
- Notify Us Within 48 Hours – As soon as you notice a problem, contact All American Roof Pros.
- We’ll Inspect the Issue – Our team will assess the situation and determine if it’s covered under our warranty.
- We’ll Fix It, Free of Charge – If the issue is covered, we’ll handle the repairs at no cost to you.
