Carey Tulik, a project advisor at All American Roof Pros since February 2025, is all about the people and the culture. He says, “We have the best people and culture that I have ever been involved with. Everybody wants to help each other be successful, and that is what a team is about. H.E.A.R.T.”

Originally from Michigan, Carey moved to the area for another job. He and his wife are raising two daughters, along with their dog and cat, in the peaceful countryside — a welcome change from the hustle and bustle of Detroit. Every day is a new adventure as they grow together as a family, learning and embracing all that life has to offer. As Carey likes to say, “Life’s a garden… can you dig it?”

In his free time, Carey is a big sports fan and has some epic stories to tell — like being there in person for Galarraga’s near-perfect game with the Detroit Tigers and the unforgettable full-team brawl between the Red Wings and Avalanche.
